Gmail Notifier for Mac OS X is an application that lives in your dock and provides easy access to your Gmail account. Not only does it alert you when you've received new Gmail, but it also provides Dock Menu access to your new messages and the Compose Mail screen. Furthermore, it redirects "mailto:" URLs to Gmail so that clicking on an email link on the web will bring you to Gmail rather than to Apple Mail or Entourage.
New in this version: This long-overdue release contains a German translation by Andy Stenger and an Italian translation by Riccardo Rinco. However, there are no functional improvements in this release, so you do not need this release unless you want a German or Italian localization.
