SecretService enables you to encode text in all OS X aware applications with just one click! You can encode text in Mail, iChat, Proteus and more... Simply highlight the text to encode or decode and select SecretService from the Services menu, plain text will change right there in the application and coded text will appear readable in a new window! It's that simple.

SecretService enables the American National Institute of Standards and Technologies Advanced Encryption Standard (Rijndael) encryption algorithm in all OSX aware applications. Ensuring total data privacy.

SecretService works with iChat and many other chat clients allowing you to send private messages with confidence. You can even encrypt text in your browser's text fields.

SecretService allows you to encrypt text in Mail with just one click, simply compose you new mail, highlight the text you would like to encrypt and select the encryption algorithm from the services menu the text will change right there in your mail. No need to cut and paste.

SecretService allows you to choose your preferred encryption algorithm, choose from ROT13 or BASE64 for quick weak security that does not need a password to decode. Choose RC4 when security is an issue and choose the American Encryption Standard AES128 when security is most important to you.

Demo Limitations: does not allow you to use the strong encryption algorithms until it is registered.
