FileControl helps you easily determine which files have been changed anywhere on your system.

FileControl enables you to:
-easily specify the collection of folders you want to examine for changes
-easily specify filters to eliminate folders and/or files you don't want analyzed
-rapidly view the changes grouped in New, Changed, and Deleted categories. You can easily isolate and review the kind of changes that are of interest
-rapidly filter a collection of changes by name and/or by starting and/or ending dates. You can perform successive filterings on a single collection of changes to help support various "what if" type of investigations
-in many cases, the date-range filtering enables an effective analysis even when an analysis snapshot wasn't taken immediately prior to the change-causing event of interest (e.g., a product install)
-easily inspect an item to determine how it has changed. You can easily determine exactly what kind of changes have occurred for a given item
-reveal any changed item in a Finder window
-export the changed items formatted as tab-delimited text or XML. You can use the information produced with other applications
