NTFS-3G for OS X is a package for installing NTFS-3G, the read/write userspace driver for NTFS that allows writing to memory sticks larger than 4GB (formatted with NTFS).
NTFS-3G for OS X is designed to work out of the box with automatic mounting of NTFS volumes at boot, or when plugging in an NTFS drive.
Author's Note: 1. NOBODY SHOULD EVER REMOVE EXTERNAL DISKS IF NTFS-3G IS STILL RUNNING!!! You always have to eject the disk properly through the eject button in the Finder or through Disk Utility, or else you risk losing data.
Requirements:
- OS X 10.4 or later.
