My Download manager is not working when downloading from MajorGeeks.Com
It has been brought to our attention that some users are experiencing problems downloading. Invariably this is caused by two things: 1) The use of ad blockers 2) The configuration of the users firewall. Both of these instances will attempt to “hide” the users browser from the server, which the server interprets as either an illegal link or an attempt to leech our bandwidth, and will redirect the user to the index page. To remedy the situation you must turn off your ad blocking program and either turn off your firewall or configure it in such a way as to enable browser header information. I will post more as they become available. We are working on a server side remedy right now which should solve all these problems. If there are any other problems please feel free to e-mail us.
