Had serious problems with this video card last year, you could run a 3d Application for up to 5 minutes then it'd crash.
Turn OverWrite OFF. Download the Omega drivers (search on google) and install standard drivers. Works fine so long as you've got a decent motherboard.
Just be careful - it isn't the amazing 'gaming experience' video card your expecting. Well, the 128mb isn't. Get the 256mb if your even gonna bother with the 9550
