TV out doesn't work properly with latest Catalyst (7.3). No chance to get clone mode on TV with different resolution where video played is sent to overlay - windowed on the desktop and fullscreen on the TV.
If you want fullscreen video on TV you must set the video on the desktop to be fullscreen too. No chance for 1 person to work on the PC and the others watching the video on TV.
