I am the same poster as above.
After spending more time, I was unable to get the wireless card to work at all. Broadcom's closed source drivers fail to compile and they do not respond to technical support requests. b43 does not support this chipset (14e4:4315). After trying two different broadcom windows drivers ndiswrapper will not work either.
If you need wireless, do not buy this laptop.
I am yet to get audio working but have not put in much time.

The network chipset is not well supported by linux kernel drivers (2.6.27), have to download the Realtek drivers which only compile as a module (therefore you cannot do diskless booting).
However, the hardware is very nice.
