Works, but there is a minor problems.
Kernel debugger must be deactivated, before the installation.
To do this:
Go to ctrl panel-->system-->advanced tab-->start up and recovery-->write debugging information
change the setting to NONE.
And download and install the latest version.
My computer configuration:
AMD64 3200+
1 GIGABYTE RAM (generic)
320 gigabytes MAXTOR HD
6600 NVIDIA (generic)
nforce3 250 motherboard(GA-K8NSC939)
Sound live 24 bits (value)

Got a bluescreen while installing, every time I booted into Vista from that moment I got a bluescreen after 30-40 seconds after login.
To fix this, I booted from a WinXP CD into a recovery console and deleted d347bus.sys and d347prt.sys.
After that, I booted back into Vista again and deleted "PnP Bios Extender" (hardware) as soon as I could. No problem now, but Daemon Tools does not work.
