Installed cleanly and perfectly.
Nvidia drivers must be downloaded for the onboard graphics to work properly. See Livna repository for packages matching your kernel.
*I'm only using the onboard sound as stereo, so I do not know if the multichannel works. (it should)
*I am not using the On-Board ethernet, but am using a wLAN card (Ralink chipset recommended, try an adaptor by Edimax.) However, the on-board ethernet is easily read by the system.
To my experience, not a single one of this motherboard's functions are not working under Fedora.
