There is an installation problem. You can not install it properly at first. But, open first CDs directory and set all the files to Win95 compatibility mode, especially SetupNT file. Then run this SetupNt file instead of normal setup. Then game installs fine. Also, i find Direct3D patch and installed it. Under Windows 95 compability game runs fine on my WinVista, Core To Duo 2,66 Ghz and Geforce 8600GS. But, when run the game in Direct3d mode, seconds later there are flickering problem around character sprites. It is so annoying so i disabled it and played in software mode. Then the game runs fine including cinematics.
In Windows XP, you can play it in Direct3d mode without problem though.
