Coffee Break Pro is an application designed to prevent (or improve) repetitive stress injuries. It does this by making the user take periodic breaks. It provides features such as multiple user settings on the same machine, micro-breaks (short, frequent breaks in between the regular breaks), basic monitoring of user activity, and much more.

Coffee Break Pro has a timer display in the dock along with a dock menu. The timer window shows time remaining along with status indicators that can optionally be hidden. Clicking on the timer displays a pop-up menu with options for controlling the program.

Coffee Break Pro has optional support for micro-breaks. Micro-breaks are totally separate from the standard breaks, allowing you to have very short breaks frequently with longer breaks at a greater interval.
