FileFinder is a Mac OS X native cataloger that memorizes any disk or folder hierarchy. It can quickly browse or search files, whether you have physical access to them or not. FileFinder supports image previews, image metadata, and archive files for offline searches.

FileFinder lets you choose icon size, text size and font for catalogs and catalog items as well as background color for catalogs. It can also display colors related to the kind of catalog items. FileFinder can read and search in ZIP, TAR, JAR, AR, CPIO archives and content in ISO disk images. In List view, you can also extract individual items from archives by Drag & Drop to the Finder.

FileFinder can create nested groups to organize your catalogs. Catalogs and groups can be moved anywhere inside the group hierarchy by simple Drag & Drop. All catalogs and groups can be renamed and own a custom icon.
