InvisRay allows you to make your windows transparent. This transparency can be adjusted on a per-window basis, it also can be set to automatically make all windows in the background transparent.

Use the FocusRay feature to automatically fade out background windows, which allows you to bring focus to the window you want to concentrate on.

InvisRay is compatible with any Cocoa application. Most applications will work, but some older applications using Carbon, such as iTunes and Finder, will not.
