JPEGCleaner removes unnecessary data (meta-data, resource forks) from jpeg and gif files. This results in smaller files that are quicker to send by e-mail and require less storage space.

JPEGCleaner is easy to use, just set the controls (image size and qualitity) and drop a folder of jpeg images on the application (window or application icon) and the program will remove unnecessary data (meta-data, resource forks) from jpeg and gif files, change the image qualitity and re-scale the image. This results in smaller files that are quicker to send by e-mail and require less storage space. You can even get JPEGCleaner to send the files directly to your e-mail program (Apple Mail, Eudora, Entourage, PowerMail, and Mailsmith)!
