In the top panel you define your relational logic simply by clicking on plus or minus buttons. Safe Sphere builds the branches for you. In the lower panel you set up the data. In most cases you just have to fill in some fields, like the name of a level. At the tab branch you design your layout by inserting fields and separators. You can drag these elements to the place you want them or resize them in the graphical editor.
