AP Grapher is a freeware program for Mac OS X to graph the signal strength of a wireless base station such as Apple's Airport Basestation, although it should work with any brand of base station.
Use it to help position your base station for optimal signal reception, to help troubleshoot a flakey connection, or just for fun. Note, it only shows the signal strength for the base station that you are currently connected to.
Requirements:
OS X 10.4 or later, including Leopard
An Apple branded Airport wireless card. It may also work with some third party cards.
