Now mobile warriors can access the world's largest and most comprehensive Wi-Fi hotspot directory anytime, anywhere.
JiWire WiFi Hotspot Finder Widget helps you find hotspots when you're on the road, trying to find a Wi-Fi connection.

By default, JiWire WiFi Hotspot Finder Widget opens in network detector mode, showing available networks as blue links, and the network you're connected to in black. To select a network, just click on it. To access JiWire's full hotspot directory, click on the WiFi Hotspot Directory button.

To search for Wi-Fi hotspots, simply select a country, enter as much address information as you have, and then click Search Now. The more specific your search criteria, the more exact your search results will be. You can even search on a partial zip or postal code, such as 941 for San Francisco or SE1 for London. If you've searched for a specific address, results are presented in order of proximity to the location used for your search. Click on the Paid or Free radio buttons to further narrow your search results. Click Done to enter a new address and search again.

Clicking the plus sign ("+") or Map link for any search result will open a Web page for that location, where you'll find additional location details, maps, driving directions, and access information.

JiWire for OS X 10.3 and later is also available from author's website.
