Peek-a-Boo is a utility to monitor and manipulate all running processes. You can watch how much CPU time each process uses, adjust processes’ priorities, and monitor process information.
When you run Peek-a-Boo, the window that you see that lists all the processes running on your computer is the process list window. You can also create smaller windows to watch individual processes; CPU Usage History windows allow you to monitor the CPU usage of a single process.
Logging windows allow you to watch the changes in several important pieces of process information, even saving the log to a tab-delimited file if you like, for subsequent spreadsheet analysis. The Process Throb window is an OpenGL-powered, intuitive way to view process activity.
