MailSteward will archive all of your email in a database for easy retrieval. Click on the Archive Email button and MailSteward will go to work storing copies of all your email text, HTML, attachments, and raw source, into a relational database file. MailSteward has a wealth of features for importing, tagging, saving, and exporting, including the ability to export your vital email information to a number of standard data formats.

License: To really understand just how invaluable and easy to use MailSteward™ is, Download the free version of MailSteward or MailSteward Pro and try it out on your email. The free version is full-featured, but archives a maximum of 15,000 emails.

MailSteward comes in three versions, MailSteward Lite ($24.95), MailSteward ($49.95), and MailSteward Pro ($99.95). There is also a bulk discount for purchases of 10 to 20 copies of either MailSteward or MailSteward Pro, and 50 user site licenses are available for both products. The Lite version of MailSteward has all of the archiving and searching functionality of MailSteward, but lacks the advanced search, the ability to save frequently used searches, and the features of exporting, tagging, and merging databases. MailSteward Pro has all of the features of MailSteward, but uses the MySQL Server software for its database, rather than the SQLite database engine used by MailSteward and MailSteward Lite. Regular MailSteward, using SQLite, can handle large volumes of email, 100,000 or more, but for very large volumes that require an industrial grade relational database server, MailSteward Pro is the answer. MailSteward Pro requires a MySQL© database server to be installed and running.
