The Menu Extra Enabler enables third party Menu Extras (the things on the right side of the menu bar that you can drap around if you hold down the command key)to run on Mac OS X 10.2 and later. Apple introduced a block with OS X 10.2 that prevented menus from third party developers to load.
New in this version:
-Menu Extra Enabler is now Universal (Fat) and will run on the Intel chip based Macs (ICBMs).
