SimplyRAR is a solution to using the archive compression RAR on the Mac, with it's excellent compression ratio that makes it a good choice for transferring files.
SimplyRAR is still quite new and undergoing updates at a constant rate, so far features include:
-Ability to create rar archives
-Ability to create split archives
-Ability to create Par2 sets
-Allows password protection on archives
-Allows users to add a comment to the archive
-Test integrity of archive
-Set the compression method
What's new in this version:
-This is just a small update to correct the 100Mb Volume splitting. Work has now started again on SimplyRAR after a short break (holidays and other missions!)
