WAN Check automatically checks to see if your internet connection is still active. If it isn't, it alerts you with a message.

-Fixed bug were there would be a error when WAN Check was setup for the first time

-Setup program can now be run in the foreground
-Background daemon controls display of alerts
-'Start on login' setting
-New tooltips displayed on buttons and text
