JES Movie Tools creates new movies from existing ones via technical analysis. This is a collection of tools most of which had been lying around on my hard disk for years. Some of them are a bit weird, others potentially useful for technical purposes. Some tools create movies that may have some artistic value.
Features:
Diff movies with enhancement options (for example, compare compressed versions of a movie)
Make edge movie (spatial diff) or temporal diff movie.
View chroma as luma in various ways
Swap time and a space dimension, creating weird and intriguing movies
Motion movie (view speed as brightness and direction as color)
Recover all media from an edited track
