Note: Safari Cookies requires SIMBL (for Snow Leopard 64bit support), which is conveniently included in the installer.
The installer will detect if it needs to install SIMBL (Snow Leopard, or Leopard version), and will do so if it is required. - Older versions of Safari Cookies (0.8 and below, will be automatically uninstalled)
