Dockter allows you to be more productive without the distraction of non-running application icons in the dock. Why do we need to see the icons of apps that are not in use? Dockter gets out of the way by even removing itself from the dock after it has done its thing. Running Dockter again reverses the previous process. So it's easy to undo the effect and restore the dock.
