Dashboard KickStart is not a widget, it's a System Preference. With Dashboard KickStart, you'll always have the Dashboard ready to use the first time you want.

Dashboard KickStart application runs in the background and reacts to the starting or re-starting of the Dock. When that happens it initiates the starting of the Dashboard. This prevents the delay you'll experience when launching Dashboard the first time you want to use it.
