BackupLoupe provides a convenient way to browse your TimeMachine backups and identify files/folders whose contents changes frequently. Often, those items are temporary files or cache folders which need not be backed up in the first place. You may consider excluding them from TimeMachine backups and save valuable disk space.
The QuickView panel, that you know and love from Leopard's Finder, helps you separating important stuff from garbage.
